Waterfront, with Jean de la Lune, is offering the chance for one adventurous reader, plus a friend, to immerse themselves in the art of sailing. The winner will enjoy a week-long break aboard the Jean de la Lune in the Canary Islands, which also includes flights to Tenerife

Jean de la Lune was designed in 1957 as one of the last French wooden sailing fishing vessels in Lorient. Constructed of oak, her
graceful lines reflect those of a traditional French sailing vessel – sleek, quick and manouverable; the exact style of ship preferred by pirates for speed and a quick escape.
Today Jean de la Lune is registered as a sail training ship, offering a year-round schedule of adventure breaks around the Canary Islands, UK and Ireland. e adventures are full board, with comfortable cabins and three meals per day prepared by the on-board chef. Along with a week’s accommodation, the lucky winner will also receive a pair of flights to Tenerife where they will board the Jean de la Lune, courtesy of scheduled leisure airline Monarch.
